fossa magna is an independent studio characterized by its soft and modest flavor, created by blending the “Atom”—a variety cultivated only in a limited area of central Shizuoka Prefecture—and the “Bit,” which grows wild in the nearby Suruga Bay, with a touch of German soul and a Pacific spirit.
